I filled form of ipucet for bpt but at the time of filling the form there is no choice of exam center And form is completed What should I?

They might give you exam center according to your residence address(presuming that they ask you for the address).If you still have doubt than you should contact the exam authority officials they will definitely help and provide you necessary help.
