I filled general category in jee mains September 2020. So, Can I change my category to OBC at the time of JAC counseling?

You have filled your category to general. There is provision to change your category at the time of form correction only.
At the time of counselling you have to visit the nearest college for document verification. If you are not able to produce your claiming certificate there then they will change your category from reserved ones to general. But since you have already filled general therefore you wouldn't be able to change your category at the time of counselling.

No. This is not allowed by CBSE in JEE MAINS. If you applied through OBC category and wanted to change to general category, it is allowed. But vice-versa can not be done.
