i filled in general category by mistake now i wanna change into obc so can i get a fresh registration again in DU PG. And if so will it be rejected?

Hope you are doing fine.
If you have made a mistake in DU application form.
You can correct them if you have not done the payment.
But after payment, changes are not allowed.
You can fill other form with new email id and contact number.
