Although once you register for a particular exam, those details can't be changed, but you can try one thing. Visit the official website and contact the official helpdesk. Tell them regarding the mistake you commited and ask them for the solution. They may help you with it.
You can also register once again using a different e-mail address and contact number, and use it onwards.
