Hi,

As per the guidelines of JEE Advanced, if you are not able to upload OBC-NCL Certificate in JEE Advanced Portal then you could also add self declaration for the time being. The format of self declaration is mentioned in JEE Advanced notification. If you fail to upload even that also then, your Category may change to General from OBC-NCL.
