I filled the name of this college for bba in my cuet form. do i need to apply to it separately? if yes then what's the last date and procedure?

Yes, in BML Munjal University, you might have to apply again. According to website admission to BBA course is only through the their own website registration and there is no mention of CUET UG.

BMU will provide admission to chosen nominees who are in 12th standard or have already finished class 12.
