Dear Ashfaq,
Application form of MH CET is different for various courses.
MH CET Law application form for 5 years integrated course is extended to 30th March 2018.
To fill the application form you can refer below link

MH CET Law 2018 Application Form for 3-Year Law programme will be available from April 16, 2018.
