i filled wrong domicile in my uptu form and i came to know that now when my admit card has been released . So, my actual domicile is UP . will i not get reservation now ?

Sorry but you cannot get home state reservation now as it is clearly advised that candidate must fill correct details at the time of form filling. The state you choose will be considered as your home state now .Upsee have around 85% seats reserved for candidate belonging to uttarpradesh. Now you will be treated as outside category student.
