I finally got 516 marks, rank 40160, belong to UK and I am UR. Can I get any govt college in Jammu

Jammu and Kashmir does not fall under centralised All India Quota seats of 15% of total available. It has 100% state quota so to get a seat in Jammu government MBBS colleges you have to have the domicile of Jammu. So being from Uttarakhand you can't apply for Jammu medical colleges since the state does not participate in AIQ.
