    I finished my 12th in 2021, I took a drop year after that. I didn't knew I will be needing TC ( transfer certificate) for admission in colleges out of the state. Will I get the TC if I ask the principal of the old college?

    Obviously, you go to your school's principal you will definitely get a TC.
