Listen, For filling the the NCHMCT or JEE form during registration process they will asked for filling the EWS certificate number, so at the time of registration you surly has.
You can apply for the EWS certificate in SDM office
Required documents for EWS certificate are listed below :-
- Passport-sized photograph.
- Aadhaar card.
- PAN card.
- Voter ID.
- Land/property documents (if applicable)
- Affidavit/ Self Declaration.
- Income certificate
- Bank account details of three years
