i float seat in 1st round of upsee counseling and do 2nd round counseling and got seat there as well, will the 1st round seat automatically cut after getting seat in 2nd round or not

If you float your seat in 1st counselling it means you can go for 2nd round without giving up on 1st round seat. So, if you get both the seats it's upto you.
If you choose to go for second counselling seat your first seat will go. If you want to take the first seat you can also choose it you have floated it so you have a seat there as well.
Choose where you prefer to go
Once you choose any one of them the other gets canceled.
