For students in classes 10 and 12, the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has made a tool called a "roll number finder" available.

How to obtain a roll number:

• Please visit cbse.gov.in/cbsenew/cbse.html.
• Go to the homepage and choose "Roll number finder."
• You'll be sent to a different page.
• Choose between classes: 10 or 12.
• Enter your name, your mother's and father's names, and your birthdate.
• press the search icon
• On the screen, your roll number will show.
