You may try writing to Aiims helpline email ,from your registered email id with application number at : aiims.mbbsexam2019@gmail.com

As they are the last resort who will be able to help you and sort out your problem.

Your code must be present in the email id or mobile number ( SMS) that you have filled in your aiims form. You can also contact the helpline of AIIMS to get help from there
