As you have forgot your EAMCET application number so do not worry, you can simply check your inbox because they send an E-Mail and SMS on the registered E-Mail address and number after the registration.

Please also check the Spam mails, sometimes they consider your important mails as Spam mails.

If you have lost that Mail and SMS then you can contact them so that they can resolve your issue.
