Hello there,
You don't need to worry. For any exam, you must have used an email and your phone number, in your application form. So, check all the SMS in your phone, and in your registered email, to get back your username. They must have sent you all the details in the registered email, for verification purpose. Check the spam folder too.
Once you get back your username, you can change your password by clicking the "forgot password" button.
