Hello,
You have to mail to the help desk of the organizing board. write a mail asking help to send the login details. If contact number is available then make a call and explain what is your issue.
User-Id and password both are given by them and they have admin authority who has the permission to change both User-id and password. They are the only person who can give you the details.
