first of all there's no need to worry, you can simply visit the official website and enter your hall ticket number and date of birth, from there you will get your registration number.
now, the problem arises is if you do not have any of the numbers, then-
Your registration number for TS EAMCET is sent on your E-Mail ID and Phone Number which you gave during application fill-up.
