It is always advised to note down your credential like password ,registration no on notepad or any notebook but there is  no any issue if you forgot your registration no as every institute send details on email and sms. So i will suggest you check your email and sms and you will get your registration no. If you can't find there write a mail to authority raising your issue they will surely help you.
