When you apply for any entrance then the credentials like registration/application number/id and password come on the registered email id and message on your registered phone number.
If not work than kindly contact with officials.

Hello,
Generally when you apply for any entrance then the credentials like registration,application number,id and password come on the registered email id and contact number. So, you can check the same once and if it does not work for you then you can contact the officials directly.
