I forgot to fill application form of cg pet 2019 and my rank is 3064 can I get admission in cs branch I'm from GN

CSE branch for GENERAL Category candidate who have rank 3064 but hasn't applied for CG-PET.
Those bold letters are the reason why you can't get CSE in any govt college of Chhatisgarh. By not applying you have indirectly stated that you are not interested in the process at all.
