In competitive examinations, OMR sheets are checked my machines called OMR reader. So, filling bubbles is a must, or else the OMR reader can't read your responses.

If you have not made bubble for your important details like your roll no. / registration no./ exam ID then your exam will be unfortunately cancelled. However if you have missed filling the bubbles for some questions then those questions will remain unchecked and marks won't be counted  for those. While the other filled out answers will be checked.

If you haven't filled the bubbles for any answer but you have filled it for your registration id and other personal details , then you will be scoring 0 with not a great rank.

YES. The answer will be rejected/treated as unmarked and will be awarded 0 marks. Irrespective of the fact that you knew correct answers. Please avoid making such mistakes.
