So, it's mandatory to upload and submit your income certificate to get the benefits of fees reimbursement.  As per the information given on AP ECET counselling, you can change the counselling registration form in the portal. You can again upload your income certificate by changing and updating your registration form details and you will be eligible to claim fee reimbursement. You need to submit and upload your family's income certificate to claim fees reimbursement by going to the candidates portal .
