I forgot to verify my obc certificates for ipu Counselling what will happen now

They should have asked you for verification.The last date to verify the reservation certificate is today till 5 P.M. So,please visit their designated centres to verify it.If you fail to verify the obc certificate then you will be treated as General category student and counselling will be based on that only.So,keep that in mind and verify it today only.The centres will open at 10 am.

Agar mai obc certificate ni verify krva paya to mai GENRAL ki tarah treat hounga

There will be no issue but your General rank will not fetch you a good seat that obc rank can.
Agar mujhe 2nd round mai bhi college allot ni hua to tabhi mujhe 40k pay krne pdenge
That will be notified to you.But,if no seat will be alloted then you will have to pay nothing.Only in spot round after you will have to pay money.
