Since you have not mentioned your examination, all I can tell you is the general way to solve your problem. Search for the email id and contact number of the examination body, or if you are unable to do that we will help you with it. Just provide the name of the examination. Then try to contact the authorities. Call them or write an email to them stating your problem. I am sure they may help you.
