i found there is a discrepancy in images in neet 2021 application form and below it i found remove discrepancy can i change my photo before or during the discrepancy period correction period

Hello Sahithi,
If in your mail from NTA there is button to remove the image discrepancy then you can definitely remove the discrepancy even before the NEET Correction period and note that the images should be uploaded as per the specifications prescribed by NTA in the information bulletin, also the specifications are enlisted below :-
-->> Passport size photograph (10-200 Kb in JPG format) with name and Daye of photograph on it, preferably with white background and face should be clearly visible
-->> Signature (4-30 Kb in JPG Format) with black ink on white paper,
-->> Class 10th certificate and category certificate(50-300 Kb in PDF Format),
-->> Left-Hand Thumb impression with black ink on white paper (10-200 Kb in JPG format) and
-->> Postcard size photograph (4"*6")(10-200 Kb in JPG Format).

Don't worry if you have not yet received the correction slip, then wait for a while until and unless it is approved by the admin.
Hello sir, sir the site is showing image discrepancy in my photograph too...but nta never mailed me...neither wqs there any message...shall i still change it....also more importantly it didn't specify which photograph is it postcard or passport...which one should i re upload? Please asnwer sir!

See you must have uploaded any of your photograph with wrong specifications that's why you are getting the message so you should replace them with correct images as per the resolutions given above in the answer. Do this even if NTA do not mail you.

Sir i was informed through my login profile that there is a discrepancy in my signature. I had uploaded with a blue pen so i corrected the mistake by using a black ball pen and uploaded the signature. But still there is no change in my current status and no response from the admin about the approval .kindly help till when my new confirmation page will be available Sir plz reply

Sir ,i just know saw the image discrepancy,i have uploaded a new JPEG less than 100 kb,when will the admin approve it,it says only after admin approval admit cards can be downloaded,i am scared,i went for my category correction after finishing it i noticed it,i went to the tab and uploaded a new JPEG ,i just want to know will this problem get rectified

don't worry it is showing discrepancy because the image are yet to be approved by an admin and if you have uploaded the images as per the specification given below then your application will get approved within few days :-

I cant thank you enough for giving the NTA helpline number. The numbers displayed in their websites do not work. 69227700 is the only number that somebody answers. I was given another chance to upload the correct signature. Keeping fingers crossed

For this you should immediately contact to NTA and make them aware of this issue, they would help you in this concern.

Don't worry if you have uploaded the new photographs as per the specifications, it will get updates in the database of NTA.
I received a message from nta on 8 sept, 3 days before exam that there is image discrepancy. Can i upload a newly taken photo in place of the one I uploaded? As the pixels in the old photo were not good
