you need to crack NEET UG with a good rank and get into a collage of your choice or DAVV UG entrance for that matter if you want to be a mail which you will be able to fill up after a given your class 10 and 12 board examination scoring a minimum aggregate of 50% in physics chemistry and biology for Neet and 60% image for AIIMS which will make you eligible for appearing for the examinations,after which you will need to pass the different semisters and university exams of your MBBS curriculum to get the degree
Following this you will need to appear for the Neet PG examination at the AIIMS PG entrance examination and crack it, to pursue MS in general surgery which is a 3 year course and after completing it with the requisite thesis and giving the examination which you will have to clear at the end of the three years you will be eligible to set for the Neet SS examination to super specialise in CTVS to pursue cardiovascular surgery.
Mercedes me one thing clear in your mind that you will only be able to perform vascular plastic operations and mainly coronary artery bypass grafting along with a few rules in amputation surgery is mainly as a cardiovascular surgeon in today's world and their important well known procedures like angioplasty, standing, angiography pacemaker replacement are all done by DM cardio medicine Doctors versus super specialised after post graduating in MD general medicine

- In 9th std. you study the basics of what you're going to study in 11th and 12th, so keep focus and clear your basics.

You seem to be a very aspiring student, so if you plan to be a surgeon and get into AIIMS, then keep a daily routine of study schedule. Take admission to a good coaching institue, because they prepare you from 9th class to excel in the entrance exams.
Also, study hard, because these 4 years will be the foundation for all the things you will learn in life.
