I freezed my seat at DTU in second round ,and also submitted 95000 1st round then tell me when I should report to DTU to paid remaining fee

If you have already gone for the freeze option you need not worry anymore. You have already paid some amount of the fees during the counseling.
The rest of the fees has to be paid during admission. It can be paid as challan. That document needs to be submitted during admission.
