Your marks are less to take admission in any government medical college but as you are asking about getting admission in private medical college through NEET so yes dear student it's possible there is a probability that you get admission in private medical or dental college through NEET.

As you mentioned with 390 marks, your chances of getting a decent government college in your state through state quota(85%) are negligible.
However you might get some good private medical college in your state through state quota.
As the admission to medical colleges based on NEET is given unsed All India Quota(15%) and state quota(85%).
However cutoffs change every year depending upon level of toughness of exam. So hope for the best and follow the counselling process.
