Hi. Perhaps the easiest way to attend the dental college in a state other than your home state is to attend the all india counselling. The downside is the cut off, which is usually high for the all India quota seats.

You can participate in any other state's state counselling but you have to keep in mind that if you are not a domicile candidate of a particular state, you will only be eligible for the management quota seats in that particular college.
