I gave 12 boards from science stream and want to pursue ba in future which colleges should I refer in Maharashtra and can I get admission from percent of 12 boards ?

You can pursue a degree in BA with science as your background.
Now all the colleges accept applications and candidates on the basis of entrance exams- either CUET if the college has enlisted itself in NTA CUET or entrance exams that the college may conduct on its own . 12th class's percentage just acts as an eligibility marker now, you cannot take admission solely on your 12th marks.
Good colleges in Maharashtra are St. Xavier's College Mumbai, Fergusson College Pune, Savitribai Phule Pune University , Symbiosis, and even Mumbai University.
I would suggest for you to try for Xavier's, Symbiosis, and Fergusson. These are the reputed ones. They all have their entrance exams individually as none of them count under the CUET list.
