i gave exam on 28 September 2019 but still not getting result what is the reason behind that . i made a call on idp office but they said my result is under process why it is so? please reply me i am so worried...

I understand that you are facing a discrepancy regarding your results which is not being resolved even when you have called them over phone so what I suggest you to do is to address this matter with the appropriate authorities via mail while stating your issue clearly and also request them to resolve the discrepancy at the earliest.
