Yes you can attempt both the January and April sessions of JEE Main 2019. Every candidate has a maximum of three attempts for JEE Main. Candidates can appear twice for the entrance test in a year. So this is used in correlation with the original number of attempts, from 2019 onwards, JEE Main number of attempts in total will be six

Yes, you can attempt both the January and April sessions of JEE Main 2019. Since, out of the two attempts, only the maximum or greater score or rank from these two attempts will be considered for the allotment of seat. Thus, you can attempt both the exams next year.
