Hey

frankly speaking you stand a very feeble chance for i dont know the top 20% percentile of jee advanced of cbse for your year.generally it is above 80% which knocks any chance of iit .coming to nit the new pattern ensures that scoring in boards is very valuable. You had to score emensely awesome to compensate your boards.Minimum of 250+ which is tough and it may happen that your percentile is lower than your board percentage which can be very frustating for it may happen a guy with 170 and 94% may get a awesome nit with good branch but you may still struggle.Try scoring 260+ which gives you a chance but i will suggest that you go for those colleges which do not take into account boards.for e.g. IIIT hyderabad,BITS pilani, thapar univ., you can get IIIT easily if u core above 260+,for thapar 180 is enough .BITS pilani will be the best in such scenarios a seperate entrance ensures a good chance .go for BITS and for mains go for 260+.
