I gave my 12th board in Rajasthan.But I actually belong to TN,so what I want do to apply for home quota in TN in JEE mains.

Since you have completed your 12th from Rajasthan, you can appear for home state quota from Rajasthan. Home state quota seats are reserved for students based on their state of eligibility which is the state from which the student has completed his/her 12th. You can't apply for home state quota from Tamil Nadu.
