i gave my ipu cet exam for bba and got 22152 rank. Can i get admission in good colleges within delhi?

Sorry to say but with a rank more than 22k in IPU CET, you won't be able to get a good college for BBA through IP University.
Though you would be able to get a college, but it would be a medium to not-so-good college of IP University.
