NEET 2024: Cutoff (OBC, SC, ST & General Category)
NEET 2024 Admission Guidance: Personalised | Study Abroad
NEET 2025: Syllabus | Most Scoring concepts | NEET PYQ's (2015-24)
With your marks you are very close to the cut off marks of previous year but this year the cut off may increase according to many experts.
Therefore it's quite hard to make it to a Government MBBS college . You may try and get easily in a private colleges though .
But you can easily get a seat for BDS in-
1.Government Dental College and Hospital ,Patiala
2. Punjab Government Dental College and Hospital,Amritsar

Sorry to inform you, but as per the cutoff trends seen in 2018 NEET State Quota.
The last student who was admitted in a Govt. Medical College had a score of 518 which seems to be in a range greater than yours.
Consequently, this makes your chance of getting in through quite bleak as the paper this year was slightly on the easier aspect compared to that of 2018 which indicates the cutoff to be on a rise.
However, if you want to opt for BDS, you do have great chances of making the cut.
