Hello aspirant,
According to the new rule as implemented by NTA you can apply for NEET exam any number of times upto the age of 25 for General category students. If you have category reservation like SC/ST /OBC then you can give the NEET exam any number of times till the age of 30. So if your age is below 25 you can again give NEET exam.
