Shruti, JIPMER will conduct its admission for all its 249 seats through All India Counselling. Because this is the first time that JIPMER and AIIMS are conducting admissions to their Colleges based on NEET score, a definite score cannot be predicted. But given the less no.of seats and the higher competition involved, it can be told that 444 might be a tad less score. You will need atleast 525 and more.
