Hello,
No, that's possible in order to get admission in this year, you have to appear for NEET 2020, you cannot get admission in any medical College based on previous year neet score which remains valid for one year only,you have to appear fresh for NEET 2020 and qualify cut-offs against the concerned category in order to secure a seat in any medical college for this year.

You cannot get admission through your neet 2019 marks now irrespective of whether you had taken admission or not last year through your neet 2019 marks
This is because,
Your neet marks or rank is valid for only 1 year i. e if someone clears neet 2019 then he or she is eligible for admission in medical colleges in 2019 only .So, dear you cannot take admission in medical colleges in 2020 on the basis of your marks or rank obtained by you in neet 2019 .
Now If you want to get into medical colleges for your mbbs , bds etc then it is mandatory for you that you appear for neet 2020 examination and then qualify it . There's no other way other than qualifying neet 2020 if you want to get admission now in medical colleges
