As you have mentioned that your neet score is 100 marks which is too less to get any seat for any course. Looking 2018 Cutoff for BHMS you might have scored 400+ to get a government seat and 350+ to get a seat in semi government colleges and 280 + to get a seat in private colleges.
So, to be honest, your score is not enough to get a seat anywhere. Your chances of getting a seat for BHMS is almost negligible.
