I get 105 marks in Neet 2019. Can I get a government seat from SC category Madhya Pradesh

Dear Sir/Ma'm , the qualifying cut-off for a scheduled caste is 40th percentile that is 96-118 marks. But merely crossing the cut-off is not enough for grabbing a medical seat. I must tell you that with the score of 105, it is impossible to get a seat.
