i get 130 mark in icar will i get to join in any collage whether its private or gov ?

Hello,
To expect a government seat through ICAR you must have scored marks above 300,
Since your score is 130,it becomes quiet difficult to expect a seat in any course in private or government medical college
Yet, you should try for the counselling rounds.
