Dear aspirant,
With 136 marks ,you can not get into any government college under the reserved category too.Usually the cutoffs for reserved categories in state quota are lower, but these marks can not get you into any government college. You might get a seat in a private college through management quota but that too after paying very high fees.I hope you understand.
