Last year, the cutoff of NTSE UP was 121 out of 150. This year, since the exam pattern has been changed, it'll be difficult to estimate if you would be able to ckear stage 1 with 148 marks. The cut off for each year varies according to various number of factors like level of difficulty, numbee of candidates, highest marks etc. In the previous years the cut off marks for UP was above 121 marks.
