Last year, the qualifying cutoff for OBC category candidates was 133 to 107. Now cutoffs change every year depending on various factors such as difficulty of paper, highest score obtained in the examination, number of candidates qualified the examination, number of candidates appeared for the examination etc. But 150 out of 720 is quite a low score. You may try through state counselling but chances are quite less. Getting a BAMS seat with this score in any government college would be difficult. However you can try for private colleges.
