According to the category rank you have mentioned in the question you cannot get any of the NITs as per previous year's cut-offs but I would suggest you to sit for some state counselling because in some of the state government colleges you can get admission on such ranks. As you belongs to Rajasthan so if you have participated in REAP counselling then you can get good colleges in Rajasthan if you have scored around 85% marks in your class 12th like Government Engineering College, Bikaner, RTU Kota, MBM Engineering College Jodhpur and so on.
Note that the cut-offs are bound to change every year depending upon various factors.
