The cutoffs change every year based on several factors.The cutoffs for BLAT 2019 will be released soon by the official institute for counselling and rounds and final admissions of students.However it can be predicted that as per the previous year cutoffs the cutoff for OBC category may be in the range of 70-75 and 255-288 with respect to ranks and marks respectively.So based upon your marks you have quite low chances.Try for other private colleges ad government colleges.
