I get 1900crl rank and 158 general ews rank can i get spa delhi and please tell me what is the fee of spa delhi with hostel and tution fee please

Congratulations on getting such a good rank! You may get pretty good colleges with this rank.
Assuming that your domicile was Delhi your chances of getting admission in SPA Delhi are good as the cutoff rank is around 602 for GEN EWS for B. Planning and 206 for B.Arch and your category rank is 158.

if cut off rank is 206 and my rank is 158 so why i have low probability of getting spa delhi and iam from rajasthan

Yes you are right. I wrote it from the point of view of general category as I thought those were based on crl rank. I just confirmed from my supervisor that the ranks I have mentioned is for category rank hence on the basis of your category rank you can easily get admission in SPA Delhi.
