I get 19530rank in amrita University can I get aerospace engineering ???

Hi Yamuna, hope you are doing well, your rank is too high but you can just give it a try, the recent cutoff rank (closed) for aerospace engineering is 19,892 so you have good chances to get into aerospace engineering. Just apply for counselling and wait patiently.
